Witty Pi is in Stock Now

We announced our new product “Witty Pi” about a month ago, and sent out a few samples to some friends that are interested in writing a review. Such as Michael Horne from recantha.co.uk and dbv from forum-raspberrypi.de. The feedback are quite good: all reviewers like the features and think the pricing is reasonable. According to the reviews, the only point that needs to be improved is the software, which is in 1.00 version and has very basic functionality. We will of course improve the software and add more new features, such as setting a repeatable startup/shutdown schedule, a GUI for better interaction or even a web interface for remote settings etc.

We opened the reservation process for Witty Pi since two weeks ago. Until the moment I write this post, there are already 276 units of Witty Pi get ordered. We appreciate the customers who trust us and back-ordered Witty Pi, and we work very hard to accelerate the stocking. Finally, we made it today :-)  We are happy to announce that Witty Pi is in stock now, and more batches are being produced and are coming soon!

Witty Pi is Now Open for Reservation!

Two weeks ago we announced our new product: Witty Pi, and now we open the reservation process for this wonderful product. That means you could back-order Witty Pi for you now!

We still need some time to prepare for the shipping, so the first shipping of Witty Pi is scheduled on 18th May. The package will contain a Witty Pi board, a CR2032 button battery, 4 copper standoffs and 8 copper screws.

As we mentioned before, the unit price for Witty Pi is 380 CZK (about 15 USD, 13.8 EUR or 10 GBP). This is a very competing price and we hope this wonderful product is affordable to more people.
