This website is operated by Dun Cat B.V. (KvK: 82548668). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dun Cat B.V.. Dun Cat B.V. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read the entire agreement carefully. By using and ordering from this site, you agree to all these terms. If you do not agree any of the terms, please do not use this site. If you have any questions, please contact us.

All orders need to be placed on our website and the payment needs to be made upfront. By placing the order you agree to all our service terms and conditions.
Account on Website
You will need to register an account on our website before placing the order. This account will keep your order history.
You can request to remove your account if you will not use it in the future.
We accept credit card payment, iDeal payment, direct bank transfer or PayPal payment.
Some payment methods might take days to clear the payment, in such case your order will not be processed until the payment is cleared.
We charge 2% + 0.40 EUR processing fee for all orders paid via PayPal. Please notice this PayPal processing fee is not the same as the transaction fee that PayPal actually charges us, which is usually 3.4~4.9% + 0.40 EUR. If your order was paid with PayPal, and later you decide to cancel the order before it gets shipped, we will not refund the transaction fee that PayPal actually charged us, because PayPal will not refund us this transaction fee as well.
Due to potential fraud and misuse, we may decide not to ship an order, or request additional verification information for credit card. Credit cards must clear the authorization process and are charged before shipment.
Invoicing and VAT
You will receive the confirmation of order by email in a few minutes after finishing the checkout process. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with links to track your package and to download a printable invoice (in PDF format).
If you have not received any email from us, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well. If you have not received any email from us after 24 hours, or you think you used the wrong email address, please contact us.
We (Dun Cat B.V.) are VAT registered and we charge VAT from customers in EU countries. The VAT rate we charge will be the VAT rate in customer’s shipping country. You will see our VAT number (NL862514460B01) on the invoice. If you are also VAT registered in EU, you can register an account on our website and provide us your username and VAT ID, so we can flag your account as VAT exempt (reminder: this needs to be done before your order is paid). Please notice that VAT exempt doesn’t apply to customers in the Netherlands.
Remarks: If you have valid VAT ID from other EU countries, but you didn’t provide it to us (and get your account flagged as VAT exempt) before placing the order, your order will automatically include VAT (and you can see it on the checkout page, before you actually pay it). After the order is paid we do not rufund you the VAT, even if you provide us your VAT ID afterhand. You will still be able to claim back your paid VAT in your regular VAT return. We can still add your VAT ID into your account so your future orders will not include VAT.
Before placing your order, please make sure your VAT ID stored in our system is correct. You can check your VAT ID on the My Account page (at bottom right corner). If you changed your VAT ID, you need to inform us about such change, otherwise your VAT exemption may not take effect and we may have to collect VAT from you.
Remarks: If you have previously provided us your VAT ID and your VAT ID is changed or cancelled, you are obligated to inform us such change before placing new order on our e-shop.
We will process your order in 24 hours since you placed the order, and the processing will take less then 24 hours, then your order will be shipped from Prague. So usually your order will be shipped in 1~2 days. If there is weekend or public day off, the shipping will be postponed accordingly.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking link and a link to download your invoice.
Please notice that, if your order contains back-order item, your order will not be shipped until the back-order item gets restocked. The restocking could take 1 to 4 weeks, depends on the product and whether there is already a manufacturing on going. We usually do not split shipment, if you want to ship the in-stock items first, it is possible if you are willing to pay the additional shipping fee, please contact us to make this kind of arrangements.
We ship our products worldwide.
If you are located in a country in European Union, you won’t be charged for any custom fee, otherwise you are responsible for any fees required by your country for importing consumer goods.
If your country is not in European Union, there is no way for us (the shipper) to predict your country’s custom fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country’s courier may charge you. There are some online services that could estimate the duty/taxes, although they’re not 100% accurate, they might be helpful (for example, this duty/tax calculator). Print your email receipt on paper, as you may need to send a copy to your customs office or the courier. If you do not pay the required fee – we cannot issue you any refund.
If your order is shipped via UPS or DHL, you will find tracking information from our email after the order is shipped. Please mind the estimated delivery date and track it from time to time, to maximize the chance to receive your package at the first delivery attempt. If you were not at your shipping address at the first attempt of delivery, UPS/DHL may make second or even third attempt, or deposit the package in UPS/DHL Access Point nearby and request you to pick it up, and UPS/DHL in different countries may choose different methods. So please do track your package from time to time to see what’s happening on it.
Remarks: if you package is deposited in UPS/DHL Access Point for too long, or your package could not be delivered after final attempt, it will be returned and UPS/DHL will charge us the fee to send it back. That fee is quite high and no discount will be applied on it. we do not refund or resend packages that get returned because of reason on customer’s side (e.g. the customer refused to accept it, or didn’t pick it up from Access Point on time). So again, it is very important to track your package from time to time, to avoid missing important information.
If customer changes his/her mind before the order is shipped, he/she may request to cancel the order.
If the order was paid via PayPal, there will be a transaction fee 3.4~4.9% + 0.40 CZK, which can not be refunded because PayPal charged us this fee and will not refund it.
If the order was paid via Stripe (using credit card, debit card, iDeal etc.), the fee that collected by Stripe will not be refunded, because Stripe does not refund it to us either.
If the order has been shipped, customer can only request to return the items to get refund.
Returning Items/Get Refund
If customer do not want the product after the purchasing, we can only accept returns of item with unopened package, within 15 days since the purchasing. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning any package!
If the product doesn’t work because of any reason, please contact us and we will try our best to help. If the product should be sent back for checking, it is possible to do so within 180 days since the purchasing. Shipping fee for sending back the product will be covered by the customer, and we will repair or replace the product if needed, then send it back to the customer with free of charge. Please contact us before sending back the product!
After the products have been returned and checked, we will issue the refund and the amount will be the products’ value. The shipping cost you previously paid will not be refunded (because it has been spent and paid to the carrier company).
Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to assign or downgrade the reseller accounts in our e-shop.
Reseller account is for resellers/distributors who regularly purchases products from us. We have temporarily stopped accepting the applications for this type of account.
Resellers/distributors should place at least one order per year to keep the reseller account active. We may downgrade the reseller account to standard account if it has not been used for more than a year.
