i got my units today, and i have a lot of problems with this ...
first of all: i done each step exact like the online manual.
first of all: apt update doesn'T work
second: if i like to start GPSDR++ the hole system crash and i have to restart the unit
if i check the sdr unit with rtl_test.. it find no device ...
i use a 60watt power sup and a 100 watt cable ...
Update: sometimes it find the RTL_SDR Unit ... somtimes not, and it crashs all the times.
i tryed a 100 Watt power sup, a 210 watt powerbank, different cables that works all fine to charge a macbook or a gopro .. nothing, all times the same problems

Some PD power supply limit the current when the device does not negotiate PD. A "dumb" 5V power supply with enough output current is preferred.
We found the official Raspberry Pi 3A or 5A power supply works very well.
