WittyPI4 reboot board when powered by external power supply while works over USB

Hi,

I have WittyPi4 connected to RPI zero 2W and also LTE modem. When this setup is powered from UBS connector board boots fine. But when I power it externally (on pinx GND + 5V) with external power supply board start booting and when booted to prompt it restart itself. Power supply is powerful enough (5V, 5A). Current srawn durring boot is ~300mA so shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas please?

Even if the power supply itself is powerful enough, voltage drops can occur in the cables and/or connectors. You can measure the actual voltage received by the Raspberry Pi.
