Is there a fix to correct usb devices showing in lsusb after they have been powered off?

i am using on a pi4b with kernel 6.6.47

this post states its fixed in uhubctl 2.50,  can this be applied to the mega4 software? https://github.com/mvp/uhubctl?tab=readme-ov-file#usb-devices-are-not-removed-after-port-power-down-on-linux

In the "mega4" directory, you can find two executables (uhubctl_32 and uhubctl_64), and they are the pre-compiled uhubctl. If you want, you may replace them with any version of uhubctl.

Before we officially replace the uhubctl, we need to look into this issue and also make sure the new version will also work well in older systems. However you may replace it by yourself.
